Right from the outset it was obvious that |H|P|C should have a presence in the Capital, the international meeting point for businesses from all over the world. This is |H|P|C's base for international operations. We are currently controlling work in the Middle and Far East from our office in Croydon and our operational site in the South Quay development in Docklands.
