utilise the laatest versions of the most popular planning
software to produce plans which are robust, accurate and
flexible. All of our planning consultants are experienced users
of these packages - we wouldn't engage them if they weren't.Much
more important than the software of course, is knowledge of the
process. New consultants are interviewed repeatedly and asked to
plan almost impossible fictitious processes in order to prove
their ability.
It does not end there.
On occasion, the bespoke software is not up to the job. This is
not a problem. If necessary,(as has happened in the past) we will
commission on your behalf, a custom written application to suit
your particular needs. We will investigate your processes and
design a planning system around them that meets your needs
precisely, allowing you to plan your work in a way that the usual
applications won't.
